How I became a Christian: I became a Christian in High School. My friends starting bringing me to Student Impact at Willow Creek church. I didn’t know church could really be cool and relevant. I have been serving with student ministries ever since.

How I ended up at FUMC Brandon: My dad, step-mother, and their family had moved to Valrico a few years prior. I came down to visit, and while I was “on vacation” started coming to FUMC Brandon because my littlest sister was in the preschool at the time. I worked for my dad part time for a year before I was offered a job at church. I started working in September 2002.

The most important thing I do around here is: I make sure all the cables are plugged in! ;-)

Family facts: My youngest (half-)sister and I are about 20 years apart.

How I spend my free time: I enjoy doing carpentry around the house, and for church, in my free time. I also enjoy working on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler, and do video production and graphic design.

Where I’ve lived besides Brandon: Chicago, IL

Something else that’s interesting about me: I met my wife over the internet after starting my job at the church. We were married in 2005.
