SUNDAY MORNINGS
Infants – 2 year olds
Our nurseries are open during all 3 services on Sunday morning and staffed with loving individuals who will care for your child while you are attending a service of Bible study. 2 year olds will also attend the preschool Bible story time and be presented with age appropriate activities to reinforce what they have heard.
3’s – Kindergarten
KID’s Church PLAYGROUND! - 9:30am-10:30pm
Kids will know that God made them, Jesus Loves them, and He wants to be their friend forever. Everyone will participate in a large group Bible story using drama, puppets, and more. Small groups follow to reinforce the Bible story using crafts, object lessons & games.
Music, Missions & More! - 11:00am-12:00pm
Kids will make a joyful noise with our "Kitchen Band" on the 1st & 3rd Sunday, create a mission craft on the 2nd & 4th Sunday, and enjoy a special movie presentation on any 5th Sunday.
1st – 5th Grade
KID’s Church TREE HOUSE! - 9:30am-10:30am
Three Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52. I need to make the wise choice. ("And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, ...) I can trust God no matter what. (... and in favor with God ...) I should treat others the way I want to be treated. (... and man.") Kids will participate in a large group Bible story presentation, taught creatively through drama, object lessons, games, and more. Small groups will follow where kids will learn how to “LIVE IT OUT!” A Core Virtue and Memory Verse is the framework for each month.
5/09/2010 - Bible Drive!!! You can purchase a new Bible through Children's Ministry ... we will be using the NIV Adventure Bible! Bibles can be purchased for your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, friend OR you can purchase on in HONOR OF someone and the Bible, with a special honoree sticker, will be placed on our Bible cart for other children to use.

Flicks of Faith! - 11:00am-12:00pm
So much in the world calls for and captures our children’s attention. So, instead of competing with Hollywood, we are going to use it as a tool to advance the kingdom of God with children’s movies. Each month’s “flick” is G or PG rated with the Biblical truth based on a core virtue. We will watch each movie over 2 Sundays while working on a movie memory verse and movie/virtue discussion.

Child care will be available while you are attending a Bible study, choir practice, or volunteering with a Wednesday night program. All children meet in room E101.
1st – 5th Grade
iPraise! - 6:00pm-7:00pm
iPraise is our kids worship team, made up of 1st through 5th grade kids with the passion for singing praises to our Lord. This team will help lead worship time during our KID’s Church Tree House, partner with Family Ministries helping to lead worship at the monthly GFU Experience, and periodically participate in various special presentation in Big Church. Team meets each Wednesday in the Chapel during the school year.

Camp Creation

Hear and experience the creation story and know that "God saw all that he had made, and it was very good." Children will rotate through stations learning about all of the things that God made in groups of same aged friends - new and old! A registration fee of $50 per child is required.
VBS - High Seas Expedition
July 12-July 16
9:00am-12:00pm
Kids will learn that God's word is true, comforting, surprising, life-changing, and is for EVERYONE! Children will rotate through stations of music, Bible story, crafts, snacks, and games in groups of same aged friends - new and old! A donation of $25 per child is requested.
Elementary
Completed 1st grade through completed 5th grade
Extreme Explorers
June 14-June 18
9:00am-5:00pm
Explorers will travel by bus to 5 different sites in the Bay Area to explore God's creation and learn more about it. Mr. Doug Scull of HOPE, Hands On Planet Earth, will be our guide! Camp is limited to 22 explorers and it fills FAST! A registration fee of $200 per child is required - minimum, non-refundable, deposit of $75 is needed with registration. Balances are due by May 1, 2010.

Overnight camp at Rotary's Camp Florida, Brandon
Perfect for the first time overnight camper! Kids experience camp no far from home and and participate in many camp activities including worship, swimming, boating, small group, archery, crafts, BB gun range and more. Camp is limited to 37 campers and fills FAST! A registration fee of $300 per child is required - minimum, non-refundable, deposit of $100 is needed with registration. Balances are due by June 1, 2010.
